How far in advance should I book an experience?
We recommend booking at least 48 to 72 hours in advance, especially during high season, to guarantee available places. If you are already staying in one of our villas or apartments and need a last-minute activity, contact us directly via WhatsApp and we will try to arrange it as soon as possible.
What happens if the activity is canceled due to bad weather?
Safety comes first. If weather conditions prevent an outdoor or water activity from taking place (such as kayak, catamaran or sailing excursions), we will give you two options:
- Change the date or time of the activity at no additional cost.
- Receive a 100% refund of the amount paid for that experience.
Are the experiences exclusive to guests staying with On Travel?
No! Although our guests enjoy priority and personalized attention, anyone visiting Oliva, Denia, Javea or the surrounding Costa Blanca area can book and enjoy our experiences through the website.
Can I modify the booking or add more people afterward?
Yes, as long as there is availability in the chosen activity. You only need to contact our team indicating your booking number and the details of the new participants to adjust the details and payment.
Do you offer private experiences or for large groups?
Of course! We organize everything from private events, exclusive boat trips or private catering/chef at your villa, to personalized activities for groups. Just leave us a message in the “Bespoke Experiences” section and we will prepare a unique proposal for you.
How is the booking confirmed and paid for?
Payment is made 100% securely online by credit or debit card. Once the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with the booking voucher, the exact location of the meeting point and recommendations for the day of the activity.
